 High School State Band Festival: Friday, April 30^th at Muskegon Reeths-Puffer High School

 Tulip Time Parade Details

 Date: Saturday, May 8^th

Schedule:

· 12:00 noon: Arrive at Freedom in full marching band uniform with black t-shirt and black socks. It is recommended that you wear shorts under your uniform. Load trailer and buses.

· 1:00 p.m: Arrive at parade line-up location, eat lunch (provided).

· 2:00 p.m: Parade begins.

· The parade route starts on Columbia, going west on 8^th Street, south on Van Raalte Avenue to Holland High School. The total length is 2.4 miles. We are 19^th in the 4^th division which assembles on 10^th Street facing east with the head

resting on Columbia Avenue. We will probably step off sometime after 3:00 p.m.

 · 5:00 pm: Estimated time of return to Freedom, though possibly a bit sooner.

Band Banquet - The Annual Band  Banquet for grades 5-12 will take place on Monday, May 10 at 7 p.m. in the High School gym. Please bring a dessert to pass.
